Last New Years eve, celebrated in my cozy forest paradise

Started the year with cleansing the basement..I found old magazines from the 80s and 90s and they had to go..Cindy burning away in the fire

Went to the west coast and hosted a lovely heart opening Sunday with Erica and Gabriella

Magical skies but I promised myself to not do another winter in this cold..it kills my soul.

The perk of working from home..noone has to see what you are wearing below your waste..These white fleece pants saved my winter

Had a lovely reunion with my teenage homie Maggie..we share some wild memories together being wild teens. Love you forever

This felt like my second home last winter, hosting so many ceremonies and trainings at Conscious Life

The magical Cacao that keeps me happy all day, everyday

I hosted a Cacao training which was really lovely, might do that again this winter but online, and from the birthplace of Cacao where I am at right now- give me a shoutout if you are interested

Ah no place like home

Next year I will be more on top on my apple harvest and I still need inspiration on what to do with all of them so hit me with all your inspiration

Me and Elin hosted our last sisterhood retreat with our baby Her Peace that we later decided to step away from. We are still looking for the right person(s) who want to take over this heart project so let me know if you feel called.

Another day, another ceremony

Then back to the forest and me and Elda took a roadtrip to see my friend Millas beautiful art exhibition.

Then the spring came and I could start rolling around on the grass again eating weeds..Yay.

And my energy came back and I started to make medicines- this is my popular blue lotus tincture in the making

In love with Dandelion in so many ways- I eat it, drink it, make body oils and the list goes on

The season opened up for our popular cacao ceremonies at Fiskabäck

And I did some private ceremonies around Stockholm which I love. It makes it extra cozy and personal when you get to come home to people

And then Yohanna invited me to host a ceremony at her magical archipelago retreat we birthed a really exciting new idea that I will share more about when the time comes..

Ah and this is a fun story..You know I love to sing kirtan and its been hard to find good ones in Sweden, and then I went to one where Johan was playing and just loved the vibe so I asked him if we should create a Cacao and Kirtan together, he said yes and so we did and we had so much fun so we ended up doing a few and more to come. Seriously if you have an idea- dont hesitate, just ask whoever is inspiring you. What is the worst that can happen?

Then this is another story..Me and Rosanna had a beautiful podcast recording in her garden and it was so flowy and nice but unfortunately the sound was not good enough so we had to do it again a few months later..here is the result

Then back to the Forest for the 100th time..and all apple trees in full bloom, my favorite time of the year

Ah the Godess festival..such a beautiful weekend together with a lot of new godess sisters.

We had ceremonies, we sang, shared, released, laughed, cried and all the things. So much love

I was really in my right element

And of course Elda joined the godess festival as well, so many goddesses to hump..

I took a few road trips around my area and just love the coast

We had a launch event for Wild Cacao which was so lovely but unfortunately we are still waiting to get all of our blends from Guatemala to Sweden..its been a mission to say the least but well worth the wait..

Oh my gosh..I am still laughing out loud when I think about this..I was having a little natural beauty workshop and was going to mix the dandelion oil with sugar to show how we can use it as a natural body scrub..but the oil had gone rancid and my smell hadn’t come back yet from the big C so I couldn’t smell it and just confidently shared that its weeds so it doesn’t smell like the store bought products…So we all rubbed ourself with it and then I actually could smell how TERRIBLE it was haha. Fortunately my retreat members had humor so we had a really good laugh and a good swim in the lake and we were all super smooth afterwards though. But dont let that scare you, when done right, this is the best body scrub there is.

I sold the gong, kind of broke my heart but some babies has to go. I instead invested in some magical alchemy bowls that you will hear more about this winter.

This was a big year for Wild Cacao– we started to get our products into magical studios like Altromondo, Yoga Shakti, Yoga Kendra and in stores like Örtagubben and Gryningen- so exciting.

I live on this smoothie summertime..

And on herbal infusions with herbs from the land..

I repainted the bathroom only to find out a few months later I have some sort of mold under the bathroom so have to renovate it all this winter while I am away..less of a happy surprise. Anyways, now I get a chance to have some beautiful moroccan tiles and some floor heating.

Even though Elda is from DTLA she’s not that into the buzzing city energies but she did good hanging around the streets despite almost being eaten by a very big and aggressive dog.

I love strolling markets wherever I go and this Medellin market was amazing for fruits, veggies, tacos and to just soak up the colors and vibrant energies of this town.

It was missing some Guacamole but otherwise a really delicious fish taco!!

Our MAGICAL group on the last night. So grateful that I got to be a part of this and to get inspired again and again how I want to live my life more in a ceremonial way, in nature, singing, dancing, praying to the elements and being with like hearted souls. THANK YOU Hayley and Jaya for creating this space that allows for so much transformation! And if you feel like studying with them I highly recommend their sound ceremony training in Guatemala which to me was life changing.

We had so many fire ceremonies and this one was led by Taita IntiWari- a magical medicine man who took us on some deep journeys.

Drumming and singing around the fire is really my happy place.

Blending into Pisac

Growing up in Stockholm in the 80’s these flutes were played at the train stations allover town.Where did those guys go? I loved them! I don’t think I ever played one before, so much fun but HARD.

The dance before meeting my dark knight of the soul in one of the most intense plant medicine ceremonies I’ve ever experienced.

Some people chose to make drums. I was close to making one as well but it was a lot more work and I was exhausted at this point. Plus I have a custom made shamanic drum with weaved in cacao handmade by my dear friend Johanna here in Sweden- super excited to see the result in a few weeks. And check out her work, she does the most beautiful handmade crystal jewellery.

Ok Peru is such a heaven when it comes to shopping for me- textiles, drums, rattles, feathers, ceramics, ponchos, hats..its out of this world

Another fire ceremony with Wachuma which is a sacred Cactus. We drank it and hiked a  challenging hike. I felt like I was going to dye and wanted to give up so many times but everyone else just kept going so I just kept singing and walking, singing and walking

And happy place, Kirtan night. We joined forces with the 300 hour yoga teacher training for a magical night singing and dancing together.

This is Maria and she is an important part of our Wild Cacao Collective- she has been our point of contact and helping us craft our adaptogenic blends, source all ingredients and train the ladies in Guatemala to make the blends for us. Might seem like an easy task but we have become very humble to the fact that Guatemala works in Guatemala pace..

On another Wachuma hike and this one I really enjoyed. Not as high altitude and my body felt stronger. Beautiful day singing, hiking, praying to the mountains

Preparing for our Temazcal- a sweat lodge that is kind of like a dying and rebirthing ceremony.

The Sweat Lodge is a purification ceremony and the preparations for this ceremony is conducted in a sacred manner, from cleaning and caring for the grounds, to building and tending the fire to heat the stones, to dressing the lodge in blankets.

During the ceremony, heated stones are placed in the centre of the temazcal, while our guide Leticia guided us in prayers, songs and smudged the stones with sacred herbs in the pitch black and very hot lodge.

The Temazcal represents the womb of Mother Earth, and it is a sacred space to ask for healing, forgiveness, hope, vision, to give thanks.

The last night a local band came to play the drums and the flute.

Grounding and Earthing. I just love to walk barefoot on the grass and find a sweet spot in nature to drink my cup

I love to incorporate music into my daily morning and evening routine- I might chant a mantra, try some chords on the guitar which I am obsessed about learning how to play, some sound healing or just listen to a good song and dance

Sacred smoke is a part of my daily ritual and I love to use what I can find in nature around me, Mugwort being my latest obsession. Sage and Palo Santo is over harvested so it is good to use sparingly and with a clear intention if you use it.

Share my intention or words of gratitude- if someone is with me I love to speak it out loud, otherwise I write it in my journal or talk to my dog aka  my therapist

Incorporate all the elements- be by the water, fire, lay on the earth, feel the wind on your face and thank the earth for holding you and for mama cacao to helping us to open up our hearts so we can run in that direction:)
