Kakao ceremoni på bäddar och ängar

These pictures, taken by the talented Sofia (bysofiacentre) at one of my Österlen gems- Bäddar och Ängar captures what I love doing the most- to sit in a circle and share some of the healing medicines I’ve come across on my healing journey- cacao and breathwork being two of the most potent ones.

I always incorporate breathwork and other embodiment practices into my ceremonies as I find them go very well together with the spirit of cacao and a lot of healing and transformation normally happens in just one ceremony.

In November I am back in Stockholm and I will co-host another Cacao and Kirtan session with Johan Narada Svanborg and we still have some spots left but they are selling out fast- the last event was SO magical. Then I am hosting a cacao ceremony with breathwork on November 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th all around town and on November 12th I am hosting a new event which will be a deep dive into breathwork- a 2 hour journey for those of you ready to dive deeper into yourself.
