I am so excited to finally launch this online training that is for you who are curious to learn more about breathwork, chakra healing and balancing, how to set up sacred space and work with rituals and ceremonies- basically everything that sparks my joy.
We will work mainly with the transformational 3 part breath but you will also learn other breathing techniques to begin and end a session with.
It’s a 4 week course with theory and practice as well as a lot of practices to do in between our sessions.
Do it for your own wellbeing and healing and/ or to incorporate in the healing work you already do with clients.
Early bird ends on Dec 31st and we start on Jan 10th.
Read more on my website and just reach out if any questions.

Tove and Patrick
Ah and this is a fun story..You know I love to sing kirtan and its been hard to find good ones in Sweden, and then I went to one where Johan was playing and just loved the vibe so I asked him if we should create a Cacao and Kirtan together, he said yes and so we did and we had so much fun so we ended up doing a few and more to come. Seriously if you have an idea- dont hesitate, just ask whoever is inspiring you. What is the worst that can happen?
Then this is another story..Me and Rosanna had a beautiful podcast recording in her garden and it was so flowy and nice but unfortunately the sound was not good enough so we had to do it again a few months later..here is the result

Reflections
Heaven on earth
Love the daily forest walks when I am home
And Cacao on my stair where the sun never goes down
Nature is the best medicine, whatever you need, I got you:)
Oh my gosh..I am still laughing out loud when I think about this..I was having a little natural beauty workshop and was going to mix the dandelion oil with sugar to show how we can use it as a natural body scrub..but the oil had gone rancid and my smell hadn’t come back yet from the big C so I couldn’t smell it and just confidently shared that its weeds so it doesn’t smell like the store bought products…So we all rubbed ourself with it and then I actually could smell how TERRIBLE it was haha. Fortunately my retreat members had humor so we had a really good laugh and a good swim in the lake and we were all super smooth afterwards though. But dont let that scare you, when done right, this is the best body scrub there is.
My favourite summer drink- fresh watermelon juice with mint from the garden
I sold the gong, kind of broke my heart but some babies has to go. I instead invested in some magical alchemy bowls that you will hear more about this winter.
This was a big year for Wild Cacao– we started to get our products into magical studios like Altromondo, Yoga Shakti, Yoga Kendra and in stores like Örtagubben and Gryningen- so exciting.
I live on this smoothie summertime..
And on herbal infusions with herbs from the land..
Retreat time again

Love singing together
I repainted the bathroom only to find out a few months later I have some sort of mold under the bathroom so have to renovate it all this winter while I am away..less of a happy surprise. Anyways, now I get a chance to have some beautiful moroccan tiles and some floor heating.
With my bestie
Off to midsummer gathering
And then the summer hit
This is my healing barn if you didn’t see it yet- I love the energy in here
Ah and my herbal drying rack- such a game changer
Making mugwort smudge sticks experiment..some better than others
This is what I live for
I also got started again with my online breathworks and will continue with that this year- sign up here if you feel called to join.
Medicine bottling
And a lovely cacao ceremony back with Milla
So nice to just be able to chill in the passenger seat when Elda takes me back and forth to Stockholm
OH my gosh..my first baby cucumber harvest..I was so proud
The beaches of Österlen..in love
So proud of myself for fixing up this old outdoor toilet..this is obviously the before pic
Then I got my super pregnant cousin to help me paint it
And voila..how cute? no-one had touched this in like 40 years so I think I did pretty well
My glamping paradise..can’t wait for swedish summer when I look at this
Ok that was some of the highlights from the first half of this year..More to come
I will share more about this crazy journey I have been on for the last month but for now to make a long story short- travelling with a dog to Guatemala was a huge challenge and many rough lessons later I ended up in Mexico City for a few days of transfer before jumping on a plane to Guatemala, where I will be spending the winter working on a dream come true project.
I love this city and the food. OMG! Even better was that my beloved Mario from my Punta Mona farm days was back in his hometown and what better guide to take you to all the magical Taco spots than a superchef who also hosts his own gastronomic tours around town..Blessed am I.
We sticked around the Condesa area which is a chill, safe and lush neighbourhood- and some of my favorite spots were:
El Tizconcito- oh my goodness their Taco Pastor- I could have had a 100 but we had already ate tacos all day so could only squeeze down 4 of them. They also serve this amazing beandip with nachos that I could have had a gallon of. They claim to be the spot where tacos Al Pastor were first invented.
El Auténtico Pato Manila- We had the duck tacos and Wontons with duck- both amazingly delicious. Elda approves.
El Pescadito- Simple but great fish and shrimp tacos
Moloch-This is a small restaurant located inside the Medellín Market that had some great tacos in a super casual setting.
Well that was not all of them, I didn’t stop eating in 48 hours but these were my absolute favorite ones.
Will stick to a vegetarian diet for the rest of the month but wow this made the chaos of this past month all worthwhile! Got to love them Tacos..
Even though Elda is from DTLA she’s not that into the buzzing city energies but she did good hanging around the streets despite almost being eaten by a very big and aggressive dog.
MOOOOD
I love strolling markets wherever I go and this Medellin market was amazing for fruits, veggies, tacos and to just soak up the colors and vibrant energies of this town.
It was missing some Guacamole but otherwise a really delicious fish taco!!
There is a few opportunities before I take off to Guatemala and you book on my website.
– October 9th- Cacao Ceremony at Fiskabäck, Brösarp, Österlen– October 26th- Cacao Ceremony at Yoga Kendra in Malmö
In November I am back in Stockholm and I will co-host another Cacao and Kirtan session with Johan Narada Svanborg and we still have some spots left but they are selling out fast- the last event was SO magical. Then I am hosting a cacao ceremony with breathwork on November 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th all around town and on November 12th I am hosting a new event which will be a deep dive into breathwork- a 2 hour journey for those of you ready to dive deeper into yourself. Check the full schedule on my website.
Our magical Cacao from Guatemala can be found through our Wild Cacao Website where we not only stock the best cacao you can find out there but also cacao essential oil, beautiful cups, ethically harvested and handcrafted incense and soon more treasures from Guatemala- check the page out and try our life changing cacao if you havent already.
Hello my friends, remember me..
Long time no see. It was a hectic summer to say the least running retreats, hosting guests in my Wild Meadow, hosting ceremonies allover the place and working on spreading awareness about our magical Ceremonial Cacao from Wild Cacao Collective.
On top of that I am studying a very interesting program in self sustainability which is my dream- to become self sustainable, growing my own food, being surrounded by animals and living according to the seasons of the year..A long journey there but one baby step at a time.
I needed a break from it all and what better way to celebrate my 40th birthday than in ceremony, in Peru. One of my absolute favorite countries.
I went on a retreat with my forest family which I first got to know when I took my first sound healing training at a place in Guatemala called The Yoga Forest. So some of the people were the same, some were new friends but it was instant connection and we all felt like a warm, loving family.
We sang, hiked some challenging hikes in the Andes, we sat in ceremonies almost every night with different plant medicines, we learned more about Peruvian instruments like the drum and flutes and we got to make our own drums and rattles which was so much fun.
So much healing happened in these beautiful but sometimes extremely challenging ceremonies and I feel like I came home with a new perspective, very humbled, so much trust to my path that I have chose and with such an open heart that is just bursting with love- my challenge now is to integrate everything that happened and to stay in this vibration which is really hard coming back to reality.
So much happened that I have yet to put words so until then, here is some highlights.
Oh and I was trying to source some Peruvian cacao to offer in our Wild Cacao Shop but seriously the Peruvian cacao is not nearly as good as the Guatemalan in my opinion and I really tried a lot of it. BUT what I did found that is truly amazing is 100% pure cacao essential oil which is completely life changing. It smells so divine and I use it on my wrists, I add it to coconut oil and use as moisturiser and massage oil and I have tried it in my diffuser- all great options. Email me if you want to try it for yourself, its not up on the website just yet. 1 bottle is 395 sek and its the best investment for your mood and overall wellbeing..a complete aphrodisiac!
Our MAGICAL group on the last night. So grateful that I got to be a part of this and to get inspired again and again how I want to live my life more in a ceremonial way, in nature, singing, dancing, praying to the elements and being with like hearted souls. THANK YOU Hayley and Jaya for creating this space that allows for so much transformation! And if you feel like studying with them I highly recommend their sound ceremony training in Guatemala which to me was life changing.
We had so many fire ceremonies and this one was led by Taita IntiWari- a magical medicine man who took us on some deep journeys.
Drumming and singing around the fire is really my happy place.
Found a soul sister..how funny that we have the same tattoo on the same place..
Blending into Pisac
One out of many beautiful and magical altars
Growing up in Stockholm in the 80’s these flutes were played at the train stations allover town.Where did those guys go? I loved them! I don’t think I ever played one before, so much fun but HARD.
Preparing for one of our magical ceremonies
The dance before meeting my dark knight of the soul in one of the most intense plant medicine ceremonies I’ve ever experienced.
With one of my soul sisters Isis who is such a goddess and inspiration to me
Angelina working on her rattle- this crafting day was so much fun and I really had no idea how much work goes into making just one rattle
Some people chose to make drums. I was close to making one as well but it was a lot more work and I was exhausted at this point. Plus I have a custom made shamanic drum with weaved in cacao handmade by my dear friend Johanna here in Sweden- super excited to see the result in a few weeks. And check out her work, she does the most beautiful handmade crystal jewellery.
The beginning of my rattle..looks like a 5 year old cut it..But I am very happy with the result..I dont have any picture of it but if you are curious to see the result check out my reel about it on instagram
And someone elses beginning of a drum
Here they are hanging to dry in the sun packed with sand to mold the shape.
Ok Peru is such a heaven when it comes to shopping for me- textiles, drums, rattles, feathers, ceramics, ponchos, hats..its out of this world
Another fire ceremony with Wachuma which is a sacred Cactus. We drank it and hiked a challenging hike. I felt like I was going to dye and wanted to give up so many times but everyone else just kept going so I just kept singing and walking, singing and walking
An old priestess palace
The pictures doesn’t do this magical place justice. We rested by a magical waterfall which didn’t get caught on this picture
This is going downhill so I am smiling again.
Making our own Wachuma tea was so special and sacred. I just love medicine making.
This is the sacred cactus with so many healing benefits
And happy place, Kirtan night. We joined forces with the 300 hour yoga teacher training for a magical night singing and dancing together.
More dancing before another ceremony
This is Maria and she is an important part of our Wild Cacao Collective- she has been our point of contact and helping us craft our adaptogenic blends, source all ingredients and train the ladies in Guatemala to make the blends for us. Might seem like an easy task but we have become very humble to the fact that Guatemala works in Guatemala pace..
My little altar that I brought with me to the ceremonies
And here is another one. I really encourage you to create your own altar to meditate, manifest or pray to. Super powerful.
One of my new found soul sisters Joanie.
Ah this waterfall!
On another Wachuma hike and this one I really enjoyed. Not as high altitude and my body felt stronger. Beautiful day singing, hiking, praying to the mountains
Preparing for our Temazcal- a sweat lodge that is kind of like a dying and rebirthing ceremony.
The Sweat Lodge is a purification ceremony and the preparations for this ceremony is conducted in a sacred manner, from cleaning and caring for the grounds, to building and tending the fire to heat the stones, to dressing the lodge in blankets.
During the ceremony, heated stones are placed in the centre of the temazcal, while our guide Leticia guided us in prayers, songs and smudged the stones with sacred herbs in the pitch black and very hot lodge.
The Temazcal represents the womb of Mother Earth, and it is a sacred space to ask for healing, forgiveness, hope, vision, to give thanks.
The last night a local band came to play the drums and the flute.
Planting some more Wachuma, to be harvested next year.
Here are some of my favorite rituals to do together with my cacao
Pull a card in one of my oracle decks and see what messages comes through
Grounding and Earthing. I just love to walk barefoot on the grass and find a sweet spot in nature to drink my cup
I love to incorporate music into my daily morning and evening routine- I might chant a mantra, try some chords on the guitar which I am obsessed about learning how to play, some sound healing or just listen to a good song and dance
Sacred smoke is a part of my daily ritual and I love to use what I can find in nature around me, Mugwort being my latest obsession. Sage and Palo Santo is over harvested so it is good to use sparingly and with a clear intention if you use it.
Share my intention or words of gratitude- if someone is with me I love to speak it out loud, otherwise I write it in my journal or talk to my dog aka my therapist
Incorporate all the elements- be by the water, fire, lay on the earth, feel the wind on your face and thank the earth for holding you and for mama cacao to helping us to open up our hearts so we can run in that direction:)
Visste ni förresten att ceremoniell kakao kallades för Food of The Gods, för back in the day var det endast gudarna som fick dricka denna exklusiva dryck.

2 dadlar
Sen kör jag allt i min blender I ca 20 sekunder och häller upp i min favoritkopp. SÅ GOTT.
Ceremonial Cacao recipe for warmer days
I love to use the cooling herb peppermint for my cacao when the days are hot but I still want my cacao.
Here is 2 versions of a recipe for a delicious and cooling cup of cacao
20 gr of ceremonial cacao that can be found on our website
1.5 dl of hot water OR use the same amount of peppermint tea
If you dont use peppermint tea as a base you can add a tbsp of peppermint powder
2 dates
A pinch of sea salt
Lots of love and intention
Put it all in your blender and blend until smooth.
Sip. Bliss. Repeat
