Back in the woods

It was an intense start to say the least. As I got delayed in Mexico I landed just the day before my 2 Ceremonies in Stockholm, none of my 3 bags arrived with me so it was a bit chaotic running around town trying to gather everything I needed, all with jet lag brain and not enough time. But I made it and had 2 magical events and then off to the woods where I havent been since end of November and the list of things to take care off is pretty endless- broken window, doors that aren’t opening, renovation that didn’t make it fully in time, grass that needs to be taken care off, guests are coming for trainings, need to cook all the food, and change tires on my car, and ship cacao, and unpack and yes you hear..
My 2 trainings went amazing, 2 magical groups of woman coming to learn more about Breathwork, Ceremonies, Chakra Healing, Herbal magic and Medicine making and I just love this format of teaching where we just customise a few days based on what you want to learn and receive.
But as magical as it was, this weekend, just grounding, catching up, being all alone with the full moon and eclipse was just sooo wonderful. Just me, Elda and the forest.
I pulled myself together in all jet lag craze and hosted a really powerful Cacao Ceremony. Thank you Thank you Thank you to everyone who came and co-created this evening with me, felt so good to be back.
Pit stop at my friend Toves house and as always served nourishing and high vibe snacks
Met up with my friend Yohanna and her dog Nova for a short walk, catch up and Cacao delivery.
Back in the forest. What now looks like a UFO landing spot is where one of my glamping tents were last year but I am making major upgrades this year..will show you soon.
Ah yes, took a tour to Malmö and hosted another ceremony at Yoga Kendra. Elda is as always my sidekick helping me set up the space
And then back to the Healing barn to meet up with Jennie and Sofie for a 3 day training. SO powerful for all of us with such intense days.
Then a days integration time with Cacao, journaling and planning the next training
I have an obsession about cushions and textiles in general, soon no more space in my couches to sit..
My neighbour Liz already has some beautiful flowers blossoming on her land, mine is taking their sweet time.
The guy I normally get bread from for my retreats stopped baking so I panicked as I am a terrible baker haha ask Frida, I still laugh when I think about the bread I served her and her sister when they were here on a private retreat.
Anyway, Liz stepped in and baked the most amazing sourdough bread for us and kept delivering all through the week.
Ah blessed am I.

Gabriella and Cissi came for a 2 day training and we had the best time walking in the woods, harvesting and making magical medicines.
I am still not sure but if this is a Chaga I am in heaven..everyone I asked say different things- anyoneeee??
Liz remade an old barn to a orangerie, not sure about the English word for that but this is where we will gather this summer for our kids camps that we are so excited about- nature, animals, arts and crafts, adventures, songs around the fire, sound healing, foraging in the forests, swimming and earthing.

Ah Dandelion season is here. My favorite- I pour hot water over 2 handful of flowers, let it sit a few hours and then I can drink jar after jar- so delicious and SO good for you.
Full moon in Scorpio AND eclipse this Friday. I spent it alone, on my couch, crying, drinking cacao and finally reading my friend Toves book about her son Theo, when the worst possible thing happens to your child, and the long and difficult journey to find happiness again.
SO beautiful, important, difficult, inspiring, heart aching all at the same time.

Sitting here in break time of clearing out the garden, planning what I want to do with it this year, all the projects in the pipeline and I am just realising once again I cant do it all alone so I am putting it out there that is someone wants to come join me in this paradise and live, eat and drink cacao and trade for some help on the land that would just be a dream with the right person/s.

That was just a fraction of everything that has been going on here but I didn’t manage to caption a lot of my weeks on picture so this will have to do.
