This week was so grounding and good for my root chakra- walking barefoot, spending so much time in the garden, planting seeds, herbs and flowers.
A whole week to myself, catching up on life, house, land and preparing all the course material for my upcoming Ceremonial Breathwork training starting this Thursday (still 1 spot left if you feel called to join us on this 50 hour journey together:)
I am still not super inspired to take a lot of pictures but this is what I managed to scrap together for you from my past week.
Finally I made it to Möllekulla- just 15 minutes from my house. Beautiful farm with organic veggies- the ruccola was out of this world. Have to go back soon. I also talked to the owner and I might be able to order some produce from here for my upcoming retreats- that would be something!!
Still obsessing about all the dandelions in my garden and I drink gallons everyday.
I just pick the flowers and pour hot water over, put a lid on top and let it sit a few hours and just drink throughout the day- so nutritious, good for digestion and bloating, great for energy and that solar plexus go go go energy- just try it, its allover right now and its mama natures gift to us. Medicine just outside your doorstep.
FINALLY the apple trees are starting to bloom- my favorite time of the year. I can just sit and watch them for hours.
From here, the sunny stair, my second home
Me and my amazing neighbour Liz made it out of our never-ending farm chores and took a Sunday adventure to a local garden where they had a little event where we got to eat homemade nettle soup from another dear neighbour. Served with that- birch sap which was super delicious and so good for us. Ah nature just keeps on providing.
ANYWAYS, me, Liz and another neighbour of ours are hosting a summer camp for Kids aged 7-12 years this summer- 14th to 16th July and we are so looking forward to bring our future generations out there to this magical nature with all the animals and forest adventures. I cant wait to sing songs around the fire, shake, dance and relax with sound healing to give the children tools early on in life to release stress and regulate the nervous system.
If you are interested, just contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions- and more info can be found here.
Got a little run down of some edible medicinal plants growing in our hoods right now- a few new ones to me which I am super curious to try.
And this is my next book I am about to get and read- Completely missed out on this legend
Ah I made it to the local news. So fun to be able to reach out to a wider audience with all my retreats, ceremonies and trainings here in The Wild Meadow.
Upcoming Schedule for this week- read more and book here
Best time of the day
Oh I also took a roadtrip to Karlshamn which is 30 minutes away (which is basically around the corner if you have lived in LA which both me and Ulrika have done) We have a mutual friend in common that connected us last year but we never made it to meet but NOW we did and I got to see her MAGICAL yoga studio where I might host a ceremony this summer. Look at this dreamy place- Pure Yoga Sweden.
Came up with a new recipe this week- cacao, almond butter, honey, hot water, sea salt and chaga- YUM.
Ok this black cat is sitting on this rock in the middle of my meadow every morning for the past week and just stares at me..anyone..whatdoes that mean?
