I didn’t get that many pictures from my trip to Varberg earlier this week but here is one. We had lunch at a really cute fish place in the harbour and I fell in love with this magical town.

Found a really good deal on 3 kg of kale and my excitement was probably over the top. Super excited for kale chips, fried kale, kale soup, kale everything..any tips let me know!!

Vi fick chansen att kolla in deras fina smycken från deras SNIPPA kollektion som skapades för att hylla oss kvinnor och det ÄLSKAR man ju!! En helt oplanerad och ostylad photoshoot i något som kanske ser ut som en lush djungel men som är framför en magisk buske i Emmas trädgård i minusgrader.

Och såklart Elda fick vara med på ett litet hörn också.

Prepping the altar for my ceremony at Conscious life which is really one of my favourite studios in Stockholm. Really amazing energy in there.

Shaking and brushing off stagnant energies is one of my favourite practices I love to share. I try to do it every morning and before going to bed.

And I got to join some cozy family dinners at the Billegrens.

I just LOVE their house. AND I love my new sleeping bag jacket that has been a game changer living for me that is trying to survive my first Swedish autumn and winter in many many years.

So funny that I asked Frida for advice before I got the jacket..and it ended up she already had one.

And this was my last ceremony in town, a very powerful full moon gathering at the beautiful store Swedish Nature Collaborations which I can highly recommend- supercute store!!

I took a day for some well needed selfcare with an infrared sauna session at LAMB and I got to see 2 of my favourite people Lousie and Romissa, we’ve been friends since I met Louise at Vattefestivalen 25 years ago and its never a boring second talking about our crazy memories we’ve shared together.

I’m super into drumming lately and I will take this winter in front of the fire to learn some new songs so send some my way if you have any.

Ah, Elda transformed Fridas idea that she doesn’t like dogs.

And I am getting pretty tired of all of my bags I have to carry around with me with all my intstruments- I think I need one of those HUGE bags that photographers and stylists use on their trips so I can have it all in one place..Right now I am really allover the place- Any recommendations?

Thank you for being such an inspiration on how to live off the grid, plant seeds, play music, water plants and stay away from everything that doesn’t feed your soul.

With my dear friend Jess, I used to live in a house in her backyard my last years in LA and that also feels like a whole lifetime ago. She has since then moved pretty much fulltime to PachaMama in Costa Rica- the community I stayed at for a month earlier this year and there she works as a teacher in their school.

And then I made it to one of our school of the sacred wild live mentor meet-ups and I got to hug my favourite woman Des and make some magical herbal medicines.

Of course Elda joined witchy school and she did so well.

And we learned more about composting- so inspired to build one of these at home

This plant was magical- made my whole mouth numb and its said to be great for toothache, I can highly recommend.

And I stayed a few nights on the east side with my dear friend Ashley who coached me through my first days and nights as a puppy mom. THANK YOU

I get so many questions on when its the best time to drink cacao and in my opinion you can never go wrong. Although my favourite cup is my first cup in the morning. I normally make it pretty unsweet- 2 tablespoons cacao, cayenne to get my system going, some Himalayan sea salt and 1 date. Then I normally add some chaga or cordyceps mushroom to get me through the day with a happy and calm nervous system

Here we are preparing for a cacao ceremony with Izaias who is an amazing cacao medicine man.

Here he is preparing to cleanse us with the raisin copal which smells amazing and is used to cleanse bad spirits and energy.

And the brown thing you see is a dried cacao fruit- cause YES, cacao is a fruit and one of natures most potent superfoods.

Here are some of the ladies who are peeling, roasting, grinding and chopping the cacao you can buy in my webshop and that I drink everyday. These woman are SO amazing and I just love to sit in their backyard and smell the cacao being roasted.

Here abuelita (grandmother) Magdalena is showing us how to grind the cacao beans so they turn into a paste- SO hard to do, she just laughs at me when I try.

This is the peeling process- each bean will get the skin peeled and all the moody beans get sorted away and according to these ladies- they get sold to the bigger commercial chocolate companies- YUCK.

This is how the beans get roasted- all done by hand to control the temperature- no bean can get burn as it will kill some of the potency as well as make it taste bitter.

And this is me setting my intention for the day, drinking my first cup up in the mountains overlooking the lake in our dear friend Hanna Englund beautiful ceramic cups that we are obsessed with.

Im even more inspired to learn the guitar now, I picked it up in Guatemala earlier this year but gave up when my fingers started to bleed but I really want to sing with a guitar..mission of this winter!!

Until then ill stick to drumming which is such a healing instrument. Just like the heartbeat.

Still overwhelmed what to do with all my apple trees..I started a new habit- every time Elda goes out to pee I pick at least 20 apples- perfect exercise and a whole lot of applesauce for my porridge this winter- ill show you how to make a super healthy one in another post.

Such a powerful practice that I encourage you to incorporate with your friends and loved ones. To really see each other..its so common that we talk and dont even look each other in the eyes so try this at home- pretty magical what can happen!!
