I am super excited about this co-creation with Zahra which is an afternoon in my healing barn outside Näsum in Skåne where we will dive deep into our womb space.
We will drink and meditate with a cup of nourishing and warming ceremonial cacao from a woman’s collective in Guatemala, move together with a soft and fluid embodiment practice, talk about our cycle and do a transformational breathwork session where we dive deep into the womb. The afternoon will flow something like this:– Opening, introduction & intention setting
– Cacao + Shaking + Dancing + Embodiment Practice
– Womb talk
– Breathwork
– Meditation and sacred sounds
