Last lake days

As you already know I am back home in my little forest sanctuary in Skåne but a part of me is missing Mama lake and its magical energies and I am feeling a bit nostalgic over these past few months with sooo much happening in my life.
For some reason the last months have not been well captured in pictures but I have a few from my last days at the magical Lake Atitlan where I highly recommend you to visit if you like me love Cacao, Singing, Chanting, sitting in ceremonies, being in nature and surrounded by some really epic human beings.
My favorite way to start my mornings was to drink cacao and sing to the lake
Some mornings we gathered together for a sunrise fire ceremony where we all gave offerings to the fire, shared songs, prayers and this I would really love more of in my life so maybe ill head down to the Ivö lake and see if any neighbours will join me..

We just got to know each other this winter but it was an instant soul connection
And did we love our luxe Lush brunches.
San Marcos can be a bit rustic so this was always a breath of fresh air.
Their version of a has brown with vegan cheese sauce and kale was amazing and so was the plato tipico which is a traditional breakfast plate in Guatemala with platanos, guacamole and beans- so simple and so delicious

I of course went to a few cacao ceremonies on my last week. This one was with the group I had just ended my 3 week sound training with.
And then I took a last visit to our land where the temple is being built..rock by rock. Patience is key building on a mountain in a remote village with no roads but they say in a few months there shall be a temple so I choose to believe that.
My dear friend Azzurro who is the brain behind our magical residential retreat space turned 40 and was celebrating for weeks which I missed as I was in my training but I did get a chance to celebrate at the afterparty

Last selfie in my house in the dress I spent the last months in. Believe it or not but its from & other stories but way back and its almost been thrown away several times but this winter it had its revival. More dresses like this please to all my fashion designer friends reading this.
I am definitely still a beginner but I feel so proud that I can play the guitar now after bleeding fingers and endless of hours wanting to give up. This really goes to show you can learn ANYTHING if you put your mind to it!
