Healing Retreat at The Wild Meadow | June 14, 2022 | The Way We Play

Healing retreat at the wild meadow

Last weekend I hosted an amazing retreat for a group of friends who came for a weekend to rest and  recharge and we had such a magical weekend. My dear friend Tove aka the kitchen witch worked her magic in the kitchen and the food was to die for.

The secret ingredient is spelled LOVE. not to underestimate..

We spent time in ceremonies, drank cacao of course, kava kava which I wrote about before- this amazing root that helps you relax so that together with some yoga Nidra and sound healing was the perfect recipe to get the city woman to rest on a deep level.

We took long nature walks, swam in the lake, did a dynamic Osho meditation, a lot of breathwork and lots of connection time, I think the pictures says it all- perfect balance of it all.

I am opening up 2 more weekends this summer for these kinds of retreats so get in touch if this sounds like something you want to experience with your group of friends or family.

Last weekend of June just opened up and the first week of July works as well.

AND if you rather want to come to an event by yourself me and Isabel still has a spot available for our Awaken you Magic retreat that starts on Thursday and we are offering a late bird discount of 25%.

Komsi komsi:)

Ceremonial cacao is my favorite way to start my way, together with reading a few pages in a book, draw an oracle card, sing a mantra or just call in my gratitude for being alive and healthy.
