Hi Amalie, so happy to chat with you! Can you tell us about yourself?
– I grew up partly in the city and partly on my dads’s organic farm surrounded by animals and the outdoors. I studied to become a nurse and spent time in Ghana and London during my studies. I loved the idea that nursing could take me anywhere in the world – the freedom of it really drew me in. Health, spirit, and mind have always played a big role in my life, and now I finally get to dive deeper into it through my studies. Studying Naturopathy feels like such a natural next step for me.
I became pregnant at 24, and motherhood has been the most transformative part of my journey. My girls teach me every day to become a better and bigger version of myself. I’m deeply dedicated to motherhood and have learned, through both life and work, that the most important lessons in motherhood are often the ones that reflect back into your own healing and growth.

What motivates and inspires you?
– I’m an aesthete – I get inspired by earthy materials, colors, and scents. I’m drawn to beautiful photography from around the world. That really inspires me.
What is on your mind right now?
– I’m about to turn a year older, and that always makes me reflect on my life and decisions. I usually do a healing session around my birthday – it’s my gift to myself.
Tell us about something that changed your life.
– Breathwork. I first tried it after experiencing burnout. The feeling it gave me was like a natural high – it was powerful and deeply moving, and I was instantly hooked. That was four years ago, and I still practice breathwork 2–4 times a week.

How do you dress to feel good about yourself, and what does style mean to you?
– Comfortable – always. And warm. I always need to feel warm.
You’re inviting your friends over for dinner. What’s the menu, how do the preparations look, and what do you talk about around the table?
– My husband cooks Roast chicken with lots of veggies, kombucha, white wine, olives, and chips as snacks. Affogato for dessert. Around the table, we talk about everything – life, kids, dreams, work.
