Semestern är nu officiellt över. Nu är jag mammaledig på riktigt! Påväg mot skolans första dag.

Äntligen mammaledig på riktigt!! Stella har börjat 3:an och Nicole är åter på förskolan. Semestern är officiellt över. Nu är det bara jag och Bill om dagarna, i några timmar i alla fall.
Listan är lång på allt jag önskar hinna med denna mammaledighet, men högst upp på önskelistan står nog det att vara mindre stressad. Få bukt på min nästintill utbrändhet som jag kämpat med en tid. Hur gör jag det då? För mig handlar det om att lura mig själv genom kreativa aktiviteter utan syfte eller förväntan. Förra sommaren fann jag en ny hobby… nästan som mindfullness! Skratta inte nu men jag började plocka växter i naturen. Jag leker alltså att jag är en florist och sätter ihop olika buketter som jag sedan torkar. Kan varmt rekommendera denna aktivitet till andra stressade själar där ute. Råkar ju då också vara megatrendigt, som jag gissar inte många kunnat undgå!
Min samling av urnor och vaser, att kreera olika sorters växter i.
För yviga luddiga växter kan man spraya lite hårspray så håller de bättre och luddar inte ner hela hemmet.
Säsongens kreationer. Slängde precis ut förra årets växter och ersatte med nytt.
