So. I’m not the most flexible since having two kids. Especially in my hips and back- the two areas that store an immense amount of emotions and also eventual traumas. In yoga we can basically read a person from where the body has problems. But I couldn’t care less about being flexible, except that it feels so fkn nice…. yeah, all I care about is the FEELING. Whenever I show up on my mat, I become more and strong in my mind, clear and less neurotic. I believe in myself much more, I become a happier and better mom, friend, human being. Its no lie buddies. Usually, the least I feel like doing yoga, the more I need it. If you practice with me sometime in the future, I will do a lot of flowy yoga with focus on different body parts where we store a lot of stuff that needs to heal and be released. Sounds good?
